Information
Located in the southern part of the town of Águilas, 2 kms from the centre and on a hill. With a height of sixty metres, its slender figure stands out in the landscape of Águilas. A faithful witness to the mining past of Águilas, it is the only remains of one of the first silver and lead smelters that existed in the town. Its construction dates back to 1843 and its silhouette is emblematic for all the town.
