MUSEUM OF NATIVITY ART The Museum of the Nativity of Spain, located in the same building as the Local History Museum, showcases the most characteristic aspects of Christmas art in three rooms. The first section presents the joyful Mysteries of the life of Jesus. In the second section, various traditional scenes and occupations typical of the Region of Murcia can be observed. The third section features an international exhibition of Nativity art. The Nativity scene is displayed each Christmas in the Plaza de España in San Javier. The collection comprises approximately 500 Nativity figures.

From April to September

From Tuesday to Friday: from 9:30 to 13:30 and from 18 to 20:30. Saturdays: from 9:30 to 13:30. Mondays and Sundays is closed. Consult about festivities.

From October to March

From Tuesday to Friday: from 9:30 to 13:30 and from 16 to 18:30. Saturdays: from 9:30 to 13:30. Mondays and Sundays is closed. Consult about festivities.
