Information
Due to the frequent increases in the Segura river, it was decided in the XV century, to perform a containment structure to protect the city. It is situated on the west side of town, has a length of over 1.5 kilometers and is meters high.
Now it is a social meeting point area for walking and leisure, an specific dates are organized at both the walk and garden located down the Malecon, fairs, booths, etc.
It is a unique area, both by history and the ease it offers to get out walking of the city and go into the orchard
